Our Return Policy

At Native Smoke Zone we provide a return exchange policy to all our customers.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

NOTE: Please do not send the product(s) back to Native Smoke Zone until you have made contact to our customer support team.

If you need to exchange it for any reason please contact us first within receiving your package at NSZone_@outlook.com Our support team will assist you on your concern and item(s).

NOTE: items sent to us without first contacting our support team will not be accepted!

In order to qualify of your return for exchange

  • Products must be in the same condition when you received it (please take a picture send it to NSZone_@outlook.com)IF YOUR RETURN IS ACCEPTED Our support team will contact you and send you instructions on how to return your package.

  • PRODUCT(S) MUST BE UNUSED, UNOPEN AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. YOU MUST HAVE ORIGINAL RECEIPT FROM NATIVE SMOKE ZONE FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE

  • ONCE YOUR RETURN ITEM(S) IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED BY OUR SUPPORT TEAM WE WILL CONTACT YOU AND CORRECT YOUR PURCHASE AND SHIP IT TO YOU

  • Please do not send the product(s) back to Native Smoke Zone until you have made contact to our customer support team.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The following produces will not be refunded/exchanged if:

  • past your 1 week contact grace period from when you received your order from “Native Smoke Zone” for any damaged, defected or wrong order

  • Picture of damaged defected product(s)

  • Any item that is returned to Native Smoke Zone without going through proper channels will not be accepted

  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS
